Our Community Finding the right community is as important as finding the perfect house. You probably can't imagine your next home without thinking about your new neighbors, friendships, or your child's new school. This is why it is important to find a Realtor who is not only knowledgeable about real estate, but is also a member of the community in which they sell homes. Germantown is my community and I am very proud to be a part of it. Though Germantown has many attractive features and forms of entertainment, the most impressive aspect is the community itself. Although we're one of the fastest growing areas in Maryland, we have huge amounts of dedicated parkland in and around the town. Two neighborhood parks, four lakes, two regional parks, and a state park are all within a 10 minute drive of each other. Walk, run, hike, bike, or blade...it's all here. Our new Town Center is under construction and will feature an arts center, restaurants, and stadium type movie theatres. For commuters, there's easy access to Interstate 270, Metro, and a commuter train to downtown Washington. It's a great place to live!
